Frequently asked Questions

The sessions are usually one-hour long (online and in-person), unless agreed otherwise. 

Hypnotherapy uses trance states which are accessible to us on a daily basis– such as driving on autopilot or doing repetitive tasks like cleaning or exercising. In those trance states, the hypnotherapist gives positive suggestions to your subconscious mind to assist you in a powerful way. 

Each session is bespoke and if your situation requires a recording it will definitely be provided to you.

Payment can be made online and bank details will be given on the invoice sent to you. All payments are made before the sessions.

Most of my clients keep their appointments and it rarely happens that they have to cancel or re-arrange. In case of an emergency, I can consider, and it is upon my discretion whether to rearrange the session or not. Cancellation is required to be done 24-hours before the session, if possible. A last minute cancellation may result in a paid session.

Support in-between sessions is offered upon mutual agreement and depends on what emerges during the sessions.
